Customer service is one of the more popular fields of work, for ‘working from home’ parents. Major companies everywhere, outsource their customer service roles to home based operations. Virtual assistants are so hot right now! With working from home at an all time high across the country, small to medium businesses have embraced a more virtual business model. Thus allowing Virtual Assistants to become a significantly cost effective and efficient way to maintain operations. As a virtual assistant, you would typically outsource your time to several clients at once. Paid by the hour, your role would include everything from calendar management, invoicing, note taking and maintaining client relationships.
