Over 20yrs in the industry I've tried to do my Certificate III 4 times with no success. I do have self doubt in myself which makes me put barriers up with my learning. "While I initially found the collection of documentation daunting, in the end this information was collated without any real issues, such as printing my Learning Transcript and Employment Record as required evidence. I thoroughly enjoyed the weekly training sessions with Ahmed and found them to be relaxed and stress free. Ahmed was able to point me in the right direction regarding required information if I was unsure and I found his tutelage overall to be comfortable and non judgemental. "I have had several trainers during this journey. My last being Ahmed while I was on workers comp. I was feeling very vulnerable & wasn’t feeling able to concentrate. I was aware after all I had been through that I was very sensitive. Ahmed was the perfect fit for completing this. Ahmed was exceptionally calm, relaxed, great relaxing tone of voice and methodical. Ahmed could turn anything into a positive & easily suggested a way around any small issues. His patience was clearly evident as well as his enthusiasm to assist me to complete this. His computer knowledge naturally helps him guide you easily across different screens. His polite good manners are exceptional, matched by his humble but knowledgeable demeaner. Ahmed was also very determined to see me complete this. I was exceptionally disappointed, and I believe rightly so, by the never heard of treatment to not sign me off for this. No one has apologised for this or even admitted that this should never have occurred. However, Ahmed I knew was determined to see this corrected & I am grateful to him for this. Ahmed could mix the perfect amount of good grace & humour while being a very authentic human being."
