Celebrating Empowering Skills Graduates at Seven Hills

Yesterday, 18th September, METS, in partnership with the SAF Grant team, celebrated the graduation of our Empowering Skills short course participants at Seven Hills. This non-accredited, fast-paced course is designed to support ADE clients in transitioning into a non-supported workplace, equipping them with practical skills and confidence for employment opportunities.

The Seven Hills graduates were joined by METS staff and partners to mark this important milestone. While more clients participated in the class, not all were able to attend the graduation ceremony.

The next steps for graduates include interview preparation through virtual reality, in-person sessions, and online meetings via Teams, as well as exploring new opportunities for growth and employment.

A special congratulations to the Seven Hills group for their commitment and achievements. Your dedication to building skills and preparing for the workforce is inspiring, and we look forward to seeing how you apply these skills in future roles.
