[Resource] Wellbeing at METS Training Services

At METS Training Services, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of our learners, staff, and stakeholders is our top priority.

Our Wellbeing Policy reflects our dedication to fostering a culture of respect, dignity and equal opportunity.  We understand that wellbeing plays a crucial role in both learning outcomes and workplace success.

To support our community, METS offers access to a variety of resources, including counselling services, mental health support, and connections to community-based organisations.

Our approach to wellbeing aims to:

  • Promote positive mental health and wellbeing
  • Prevent discrimination, bullying and harassment
  • Encourage open communication and inclusive practices
  • Respond to concerns with empathy and care
  • Connect individuals to relevant support services

All concerns are managed confidentially and in accordance with privacy laws and regulatory standards. Our Wellbeing Policy applies to all learners, staff, contractors, and volunteers.
